Demoted
Introduction
The demoted group is set up to separate abusive players from players who want to play seriously and it is not necessarilly a permanent position. if you are put into this group you will not be allowed to play on official servers, however, if your behavior improves then you may be put back into Agent status.
Demoted players have some privileges removed. If abusive players continue to troll other players who wish to play seriously then there is a possibility they will be banned.
If you are an Agent or AUG you can avoid Demoted players by playing in official servers or making your own server with the ckeckbox "Allow demoted" ticked off as they cannot join servers with that configuration.
Restrictions
Demoted players are still able to play the game, albeit just in demoted lobbies. These lobbies can be created by any player, demoted or not and Agents and AUGs players are able to join them as well.
- Can't change customizable names like the room and team's names when creating a custom server.
- Can only join lobbies created by people who thick the "allow demoted" checkbox on room creation.
Reporting a player
If you feel someone should be demoted please provide video or screenshot evidence of such offenses by creating a ticket in the official Discord Server. We don't demote Agents for no reason or based on hearsay, only solid evidence is used to make such decisions.

Causes
The main causes for a demotion are
- Mic spamming, playing a soundboard into the mic, constantly screaming.
- Insulting other players.
- Frequently team killing or trolling.
- Exploiting glitches or cheating.
- Intentionally bypassing the chat filter.
- Abusing the vote kick system.
- Ghosting.
- Griefing/non-playing (ie being an Intruder and sitting in the elevator shaft when you are supposed to get the package on B2 Raid or sitting underwater forever).
