Overview

Custom Maps are made by using Intruder's very own IntruderMM which is a Unity package that allows anyone to easily create their own map using this package. For more information on building your own map, check out IntruderMM. Custom maps give Intruder the ability to consistently expand with the help of the community. Custom maps can be sorted by category and popularity. Categories can be all over the place and is generally set by Rob Storm. Popularity is defined by how many hours the map has been played. A server with a custom map can be started by going to "Start Server" at the main menu and by selecting which map you wish to start. Before the server can officially start, the map checks to validate all files and see if a pending update is available for download. If an update ever fails or something isn't loading properly, you can always clear your game and custom levels cache in your Settings menu. Custom levels have the same player cap as standard servers.
