Introduction
Balance is a value that determines how upright your character can be at a given time.

- Patch 449 - new recoil systems for more advanced balance dynamics
- Patch 309 - fix negative balance on arrest
Gameplay
At the bottom left of your screen, a Balance meter is shown which will range from 0, to 100. When the meter is showing 100, your character has reached maximum balance and when the meter shows a balance of 0, your character will be "rag-dolled".
- Your Balance is dependent on your current stance:
- Standing: 50 When still/ 30 When sprinting
- Crouching: 80 When still/ 60 When moving
- Prone: 100 When still/ 90 When moving
